Sony Aware of Destiny Vouchers/DLC Issue on PS4/PS3, says “Working To Resolve ASAP”

Bungie’s Destiny is now available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, but the launch isn’t a smooth one as expected and a large number of PlayStation gamers are experiencing issues with Destiny Vouchers/DLC, they are unable to redeem it.

Sony has just announced via Ask PlayStation Twitter that they are well aware of the issue and are working on to resolve it as soon as possible.

“We’re aware some of you are experiencing issues with Destiny vouchers/DLC. We are currently investigating. Please try again later.”

They later added:

“Vanguard Armory access: We are aware of an issue that prevents some people from redeeming this voucher. We’re working to resolve ASAP.”

Future Ps 4 gamers who’re facing problem with digital content i.e. Vanguard Armory, Ghost Covering yet others, Reddit user 3scary5me includes a temporary fix readily available for the problem. This is actually the guide he shared to repair the problem:

  • Method 1: Go to settings on the account you purchased the game with, go into PSN>restore licenses
  • Method 2: Open PlayStation Store, go to downloads and push the Add-ons to your PlayStation by clicking on them.
  • Method 3: Go to PlayStation Store, fin destiny, look in related items on the account you purchased the game with.
